Bob Bourne

Bob Bourne was a versatile, speedy winger who spent his entire NHL career with the Islanders. One of the fastest skaters on the team, he was a key contributor on all four Cup-winning teams, providing energy, penalty killing, and timely scoring. He was part of all four championship runs, skating on the checking lines that gave opponents fits. After hockey he became a successful businessman on Long Island.
